DAMAC Properties announced the launch of the sixth and final tower in its Chelsea Residences project in Dubai Maritime City after the first five towers sold out rapidly. The development represents a partnership with Chelsea Football Club to create the world’s first football-branded residential community, which has drawn significant demand from investors and end-users seeking waterfront properties with a distinctive lifestyle focus. According to a company statement, the final tower release presents what it termed a last opportunity to own an apartment in this pioneering concept that merges branded real estate with sea views and curated amenities.
Amira Sajwani, managing director of DAMAC Properties, said in the statement, “Chelsea Residences by DAMAC brings together an iconic global football brand, a prime waterfront setting and DAMAC’s signature approach to luxury living. With the launch of the final tower, investors have a rare opportunity to be part of a distinctive seafront community defined by panoramic sea views, wellness-led amenities and a lifestyle inspired by performance, leisure and resort-style living.” The executive’s remarks highlighted the project’s blend of sports heritage and high-end living options available in limited quantities.
Limited units remain in Tower C, encompassing one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with sizes starting from 827 square feet and prices from AED 2.56 million. All apartments in the development offer unobstructed sea and Dubai skyline views, a feature that has contributed to its market performance. DAMAC Properties noted that the final phase maintains the project’s core design principles centered on football, wellness and resort elements.
Residents gain access to branded facilities including the Summit, described as the UAE’s only rooftop football pitch, along with a blue-sand beach reflecting team colours and a dedicated Beach Club. The location in Dubai Maritime City positions the community within a waterfront district that combines residential, leisure and maritime functions. Company materials indicate the full scheme will comprise more than 1,400 residences across its towers.
DAMAC Properties reported that as of 2025 Dubai led the global branded residences sector, with transaction volumes rising 26 percent year on year and values increasing 51 percent while commanding premiums of up to 64 percent over non-branded properties. The developer cited these figures to illustrate the segment’s momentum, within which Chelsea Residences by DAMAC combines its football affiliation with sea-view apartments and themed amenities. Similar branded projects have shown resilience in attracting international buyers seeking both lifestyle and asset appreciation.
The company has delivered more than 50,000 homes to date and plans to hand over another 8,800 units across Dubai during 2026. Its portfolio spans various communities focused on lifestyle elements that extend beyond basic housing. In the case of the final Chelsea Residences release, purchasers may qualify for UAE Golden Visa benefits tied to the ownership threshold, according to details outlined in the developer’s offer materials.
Earlier phases of the project, announced in 2025, established the collaboration with Chelsea Football Club as the first such residential branding for the club globally. Industry coverage from outlets including Khaleej Times and Vietnam Investment Review echoed the statement’s emphasis on strong initial uptake and the scarcity now presented by the concluding tower. DAMAC Properties positioned the development as a flagship within its expanding pipeline of luxury waterfront offerings.
