ROX has opened its first showroom in Abu Dhabi while preparing to launch the largest dedicated aftersales service centre in the UAE by August 15 and activating a regional parts hub in Jebel Ali the company said in a statement. The initiatives developed in partnership with exclusive UAE distributor Futures Trans Motors and JINGDONG Logistics form part of an integrated ecosystem covering retail aftersales and parts distribution to deliver faster support for growing customer numbers. The statement highlighted how these steps reinforce the UAE as a foundation for ROX’s expansion across the Middle East and North Africa.
The new 500-square-metre showroom occupies space at Marina Mall one of Abu Dhabi’s key waterfront retail destinations and includes consultation areas vehicle displays and personalised services where customers can explore models and schedule test drives according to the company statement. In parallel the 3500-square-metre service centre in Mussafah Industrial Area will handle mechanical repairs electronic diagnostics body and paint work as well as high-voltage battery maintenance for ROX vehicles. This facility will exceed the scale of the existing 2000-square-metre Dubai service centre which the statement noted has operated at full capacity amid rising demand.
ROX’s regional parts hub in Jebel Ali began full operations after its initial announcement in April managing more than 30000 parts across over 2000 SKUs with first-time fulfilment rates reaching up to 95 per cent the statement said. The hub enables distributors in key GCC markets to source genuine components directly from the UAE supporting next-day fulfilment locally. By the end of August the aftersales network will gain 20 additional quick-service locations through a partnership between Futures Trans Motors and ADNOC further broadening accessibility across the country.
ROX founder and chief executive Jarvis said in the statement “We’ve been encouraged by the strong response from customers in the UAE and today’s milestones reflect our commitment to growing alongside them.” He added “As our customer base grows we’re continuing to expand our retail network aftersales services and local support infrastructure so customers can count on faster support stronger service and greater peace of mind wherever they drive.” The statement also referenced the recent opening of a flagship showroom on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road as part of accelerated network development.
Company figures show that ROX had delivered more than 5000 vehicles in the UAE as of May 2026 commanding over 10 per cent of the luxury all-terrain SUV segment priced above $80000 while cumulative deliveries across the Middle East and North Africa surpassed 20000 units. Grand View Research data places the global luxury SUV market at $171.9 billion in 2023 with projections to reach $546.9 billion by 2030 at a steady compound annual growth rate. The statement outlined additional milestones including establishment of global headquarters in Abu Dhabi and plans to develop the Middle East’s first Advanced AI Manufacturing Centre.
