R.Evolution is scaling its EYWA concept from a series of specific developments into an extensible global brand dedicated to longevity and regenerative real estate. The European developer has already launched EYWA Tree of Life and EYWA Way of Water in Dubai together with EYWA Bac de Roda and EYWA 22 Palms in Barcelona. According to a company press release the platform will now apply across residential, commercial and hospitality assets in multiple international markets while maintaining a core focus on health-supporting design.

Igor Karpikov, chief commercial officer at R.Evolution, said in the statement, “The global luxury real estate market is evolving. Buyers are no longer interested only in architecture, square footage, and location. They are increasingly looking for homes that support healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives.” Karpikov added that wellness real estate is one of the fastest-growing sectors of the global wellness economy and is forecast to reach $1.8 trillion by 2030. Global Wellness Institute figures show the sector expanded to $876 billion in 2025 and is projected to more than double by the end of the decade.

The company press release described EYWA, an acronym for Energy, Youthfulness, Wellbeing and Ancient Knowledge, as an approach that treats buildings as living ecosystems. It combines spatial design, modern technology, natural elements and ancestral wisdom to promote everyday health. Research cited in the release notes that genetics influence roughly 50 percent of lifespan factors while environment and lifestyle shape the remainder, a dynamic amplified by the fact that people spend about 90 percent of their time indoors.

R.Evolution is forming strategic collaborations with specialists across the wellness and longevity field to extend the EYWA experience beyond individual properties. These partnerships encompass health programming, nature-based initiatives, educational offerings, sustainable technologies and premium lifestyle services. The release indicated the resulting network will support residents in their daily routines through an integrated wellbeing ecosystem.

Hospitality projects in select high-demand destinations will form the next phase of EYWA’s evolution with additional longevity and wellbeing initiatives also under development. The company stated it will release further details on specific projects, partnerships and locations once they reach the appropriate stage. This progression builds on the performance of the initial Dubai and Barcelona schemes.

Founded in 1999 by Alex Zagrebelny, R.Evolution maintains its headquarters in Dubai with additional offices in Europe and has completed more than 2.5 million square feet of projects carrying a gross development value of between €500 million and €600 million. EYWA Tree of Life earned recognition as one of the world’s top luxury wellness residences from Robb Report and secured the title of Best Property in the World for 2024. The developments incorporate technical specifications such as MERV 14 air filtration systems to advance resident health outcomes.
