CBA Real Estate said in a statement that it closed Dhs974.6 million in Dubai property deals during a period that also saw the firm earn recognition as one of the leading workplaces in its industry. The brokerage, led by founder Salman Bin Ali, attributes the transaction volume to a focus on disciplined advisory, long-term client relationships and data-driven strategies across residential, luxury and off-plan segments. Company announcements have consistently highlighted operational efficiency as a key driver, with earlier performance reports showing agents handling significantly higher listing volumes than regional averages.

The workplace accolade underscores the company’s investment in its team and culture, CBA Real Estate said in the statement. Industry assessments referenced in prior company releases placed the firm among those with high concentrations of top-performing agents who achieve faster closing cycles. This recognition arrives as the brokerage continues to differentiate itself through structured mentorship and accountability measures rather than headcount expansion.

Dubai’s real estate market provided a supportive backdrop for such results, with the Dubai Land Department reporting transactions exceeding AED917 billion during 2025. That total, equivalent to more than $250 billion, reflected sustained international investor interest in the emirate’s infrastructure and economic connectivity, an Arabian Business review found. The sector’s momentum has aligned with longer-term planning under the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033.

Salman Bin Ali has previously been credited with guiding the company to cumulative transaction volumes surpassing AED2.5 billion, according to the firm’s website and multiple announcements. His leadership model emphasises verified property data, entry and exit strategies for investors and avoidance of short-term market hype, earlier company statements noted. The latest figures build on prior milestones, including AED682 million closed in one reported year and AED2 billion in cumulative sales reached by March 2026.

CBA Real Estate has also committed resources to technology integration, including AI-powered tools and digital marketing investments that run into six figures monthly, previous releases from the company indicated. These efforts support enhanced market intelligence and client acquisition across prime Dubai districts. The brokerage maintains a portfolio spanning sales, leasing, valuations and investment advisory services.

Market observers have tracked how such brokerages navigate a field that includes more than 60,000 registered agents while catering to both end-users and global investors, Gulf News reporting showed. CBA Real Estate’s approach has centred on quality over quantity in transactions, the company has stated across its updates. Its press materials list operations in languages beyond English to serve diverse client bases.
