The Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department announced that the emirate’s real estate market generated AED1.9 billion from 1,143 transactions during September 2026. Figures released through the Ajman Government Media Office and distributed by WAM placed trading value at AED1.44 billion across 879 sales while 153 mortgage registrations contributed AED207 million. September’s total marked a 24 percent increase over August’s AED1.53 billion with transaction counts rising 15 percent from 994, data compiled by the department show.

Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, director-general of the department, described broad strength in property sales of all types. He stated that the activity reflected investors’ keenness to conduct their business in Ajman and benefit from the investment opportunities available in all regions of the emirate. Al Muhairi pointed to the spread of deals as evidence of sustained demand, according to the WAM release.

Department records identified Al Nakheel 2 as the location of the highest-value single sale at AED198 million. The same data listed Al Jurf Industrial 1 as the site of the largest mortgage at AED15 million. Trading accelerated 48 percent month-on-month from August’s AED970 million in 767 deals, an Economy Middle East assessment found.

Emirates City led the ranking of most-traded major projects for the month, ahead of Azha Community and Ajman One, the department reported. Among neighbourhoods, Al Helio 2 headed the list followed by Al Helio 1 and Al Zahya. These concentrations illustrate how activity remained focused on established residential and development zones throughout September.

The department had reported 994 transactions worth AED1.53 billion for August, a level that already showed resilience after earlier periods of measured growth. That sequence of figures aligns with interest observed at the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition staged in September, which the department said drew more than 15,000 visitors and produced hundreds of millions in additional commitments. Officials continue to track such indicators as the market absorbs both local and external capital flows.

WAM noted that the latest monthly totals reinforce Ajman’s position within the wider UAE real estate landscape, where several emirates have posted comparable upticks in transaction velocity this year. The department’s breakdown confirms that sales rather than mortgages drove most of the value expansion in September while project-level activity stayed diversified across multiple sites.
