The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has signed two memorandums of understanding with Nebius Academy and Lovable, the chamber said in a statement released through the Dubai Media Office. The agreements were concluded in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and target faster integration of Agentic AI solutions throughout Dubai’s private sector. Companies are expected to achieve gains in productivity and operational efficiency by embedding these autonomous systems into daily workflows and product development.

According to the chamber’s announcement, the partnership with Nebius Academy will provide specialised training programmes focused on AI leadership and Agentic AI applications. Nebius Academy operates as the education and training division of Nebius, an AI cloud company with a market capitalisation exceeding 63 billion dollars. The programmes will run via Dubai Chambers Academy on a comprehensive digital learning platform that includes dedicated tracks for private sector participants alongside broader business and technology curricula.

The memorandum with Lovable, a prominent software creation platform, emphasises training programmes, entrepreneurship support and skills development for companies and founders based in Dubai. Lovable will supply access to its platform along with educational resources that facilitate the creation of practical Agentic AI tools tailored to market needs. This element of the agreements builds on existing efforts to transition businesses from conventional AI usage toward self-executing systems.

These partnerships advance a two-year private sector transformation programme that Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum launched in May 2026 with directives from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, a release from the protocol office in Dubai indicated. The programme seeks to equip 295,000 companies with Agentic AI capabilities, develop and deliver 100 specialised intelligent assistants, and support the establishment of 50 new companies focused on the technology. Dubai Chambers oversees execution and has rolled out customised training pathways for more than 14,000 member firms affiliated with its business groups and councils.

Eleven leading Dubai-based companies from diverse industries including aviation, logistics and healthcare recently pledged to incorporate Agentic AI into their internal processes and decision-making, according to a separate Dubai Chambers statement issued earlier in October. The commitments reflect increasing private sector recognition of the technology’s role in building agile operations that respond to evolving demands. Such measures form part of wider initiatives that position Dubai as an international hub for digital economy innovation and advanced technology applications.
