HRE Development has handed over its Skyhills Residences 1 project six months ahead of the contractual schedule, according to the developer. The residential tower, located in Dubai Science Park, represents the company’s first real estate development. Handovers began in February 2026 with the building completion certificate process underway at that time, the company noted on its website.
Dubai Land Department figures show the emirate’s real estate market reached a historic milestone in 2025 with more than 270,000 transactions valued at AED 917 billion, a 20 percent rise from the prior year. The momentum carried into 2026, with first-quarter transaction value climbing 31 percent to AED 252 billion alongside a 6 percent increase in volume to 60,303 deals. A further AED 196.2 billion in residential transactions were recorded between January and May 2026, the department reported.
An article published by Gulf Business in June 2026 outlined how early delivery has emerged as a defining aspect of HRE Development’s market approach. The developer stated, “Six months ahead of schedule is not early delivery it reflects planning, control, and disciplined execution.” This philosophy stems from the company’s roots in construction, where it has completed over 350 projects, company information shows.
Mohamed Adib Hijazi, chairman of HRE Development, has guided the firm toward responsible development practices since its founding, according to Entrepreneur Middle East. In industry coverage Hijazi has highlighted the importance of delivering quality projects that meet buyer expectations for timeliness. The Skyhills Residences 1 handover event included participation from Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum, Gulf News reported in April 2026.
HRE Development dedicated 10 residential units from the project to support charitable causes, the company announced via Instagram. Additionally, the firm contributed AED 100 million in 2026 to the Mother of the Nation Endowment for Orphans, according to Entrepreneur Middle East. These initiatives complement its core real estate activities in a market experiencing sustained demand.
The early completion of Skyhills Residences 1 involved a 40-storey structure with units transferred following snagging processes, HRE Development said. Public records from the Dubai Land Department indicate rising investor interest in locations such as Dubai Science Park. HRE Development has indicated that future projects will adhere to similar standards of project execution.
