According to Brand Finance, the South Korean electronics maker saw its brand value climb from $89.4 billion in 2025 to the new total. This growth rate of 8.9 percent helped the company stay competitive in the technology sector even as it slipped from seventh to eighth in the overall standings. The firm continued as the most valuable brand originating from South Korea.

Brand Finance listed Apple as the global leader with a brand valued at $607.6 billion. Microsoft, Google and Amazon rounded out the top four positions in the assessment. These American companies exemplified the strong presence of U.S. firms in brand valuations.

The Brand Finance report detailed further movements among South Korean entries in the top 100. SK hynix improved by one rank to reach 28th place while Naver advanced five positions to 95th. LG fell eight spots to 44th and Coupang eased one place to 49th.

United States brands comprised 46 of the top 100 in the ranking. China followed with 25 brands and Japan with nine, Brand Finance data places. This breakdown reflects the current distribution of brand strength across major economies.

The annual evaluation by the global brand valuation consultancy provides a benchmark for companies across industries. Brand Finance’s methodology combines various financial and perceptual metrics to arrive at the final figures. Samsung’s result underscores its enduring market position despite intense competition from rivals.
