Yango Group Secures Great Place to Work Certification | AI-Generated Image

Yango Group said in a statement that it has obtained Great Place to Work certification across 17 markets this year, expanding from the nine countries recognised in 2025. The UAE-based technology company reported that the latest assessment drew on anonymous feedback from 938 employees worldwide, with 88 percent stating that Yango is a great place to work. According to the statement, 96 percent of respondents indicated people are treated fairly regardless of gender, 94 percent said new team members are made to feel welcome and 93 percent noted they are given significant responsibility. The full list of certified markets includes Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Pakistan, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Senegal, Zambia, Cameroon, Angola, Peru, Bolivia and Colombia.

Great Place to Work, the global authority on high-trust workplace cultures, bases its certification entirely on employee surveys covering trust, fairness, respect, pride and belonging. Yango Group noted that the 2026 figure of 88 percent positive responses edged higher than the 87 percent recorded across more than 800 employees in the prior year’s nine markets. The statement highlighted particularly strong outcomes in Uzbekistan with 95 percent, the United Arab Emirates at 92 percent and Zambia with 90 percent while Azerbaijan and Bolivia achieved 100 percent.

Daniil Shuleyko, chief executive of Yango Group, said in the statement, “The results show that our global-to-local model works.” The company, which operates digital services including ride-hailing and delivery across more than 30 countries, first earned certifications in markets such as the UAE, Pakistan, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Senegal and Zambia in 2025. Yango Group added that consistent high marks on physical safety and community contribution reflected values applied uniformly despite diverse operating environments.

The statement pointed to two internal programmes as contributors to the workplace culture measured in the surveys. Yangoversity brings employees from different countries together for shared learning sessions while Go to the Fields places staff alongside local partners in operational settings to exchange experiences directly. Yango Group reported that these initiatives support collaboration across its footprint, which a previous company overview placed at more than 30 nations spanning Europe, Africa, the Middle East, South Asia and Latin America.

Yango Group’s 2025 certification covered feedback where employees in Colombia reported 100 percent fair treatment regardless of personal characteristics and those in Ghana noted 98 percent confirmation of a physically secure environment. The latest expansion arrives as the company continues to adapt its services to local needs in emerging markets, building on an earlier impact overview that detailed billions in earnings enabled for partner drivers and couriers. According to the statement, the certification growth underscores sustained focus on fostering inclusion and professional development at scale.
