Bloom Holding said in a statement that the four awards recognise distinct aspects of the Bloom Living project, from the quality and variety of its residential units to the broader masterplan that integrates homes with education, retail, leisure and wellness facilities in a walkable setting. The developer received honours for best Apartment Condominium Development in Abu Dhabi, best Residential Development in Abu Dhabi, best Mixed Use Development in Abu Dhabi and best Mixed Use Architecture in Abu Dhabi. Judges highlighted the community’s Mediterranean Spanish-inspired design and its emphasis on landscaped open spaces alongside strong pedestrian connectivity.

The combined recognitions underscore how individual home design, architectural coherence and functional integration contribute to an overall living experience tailored to residents and families, according to the company’s release. This latest success marks the fifth consecutive year that Bloom Holding has secured recognition at the Arabian Property Awards. Previous honours for the same project included three awards in both 2024 and 2025, as detailed in earlier corporate announcements.

Bloom Living comprises more than 4,500 villas, townhouses and apartments within a gated, self-sufficient neighbourhood close to Zayed International Airport. The development features a central town centre with dining, retail, a supermarket, medical clinic and wellness facilities that place daily conveniences within easy reach. Carlos Wakim, CEO of Bloom Holding, said in the statement, “We are honoured to receive this recognition for Bloom Living at the Arabian Property Awards. Being recognised across four categories reflects the strength of our vision for community living, bringing together thoughtfully designed homes, distinctive architecture and a carefully integrated mix of amenities and everyday services to create a connected environment centred on how people live. It reinforces our belief that the most successful communities are those designed around how people live, interact with and experience their surroundings every day.”

The Arabian Property Awards form part of the International Property Awards programme, which evaluates entries through an independent panel of industry experts. Assessments focus on criteria that include design, quality, service standards, originality, location advantages, project objectives, marketing effectiveness and unique selling points. Bloom Holding’s repeated success in the programme aligns with its stated focus on curating premium communities that adapt to evolving resident needs and support long-term quality of life.

Located in Zayed City, the project forms part of Abu Dhabi’s broader urban expansion that seeks to balance residential growth with integrated amenities and sustainable planning principles. Bloom Holding positions itself as a master developer specialising in such comprehensive environments rather than standalone buildings. The awards come as the emirate’s real estate sector continues to attract interest from both end-users and investors seeking integrated lifestyle options.

Company data indicates that Bloom Living’s design prioritises multi-generational appeal, with layouts and community features intended to foster daily interaction while maintaining privacy. The masterplan places equal weight on connectivity between residential clusters and the supporting non-residential components. This approach has been a consistent theme in the project’s prior award citations from the same programme.
