Samana Developers said in a press release that it has launched SAMANA COLLECTA as its dedicated premium real estate brand marking an evolution from its established residential portfolio toward lifestyle-led destinations in Dubai and selected international markets. The company’s announcement identified the brand’s first flagship project at The World Islands with a gross development value exceeding AED 4 billion that will include 840 branded residences alongside seven floating villas and two tree villas. Units will range from studios to four-bedroom apartments all designed with sea views and Italian-inspired landscaping while prices for selected residences start below AED 2 million.

According to the developer’s statement the project seeks to establish year-round residential living on the island rather than positioning it solely as a leisure destination. Planned amenities include multiple beaches a lagoon swimming pools a beach club water-sports facilities spas indoor and outdoor gyms co-working spaces a welcome centre and everyday retail together with high-speed connectivity. A signature floating Italian restaurant created with a Michelin-recognised culinary partner forms part of the dining offerings while yacht shuttles to the mainland are scheduled every 30 minutes.

The press release noted that SAMANA COLLECTA is built around a life first philosophy that prioritises the everyday experiences a location can support in addition to its address and design quality. Imran Farooq chief executive of Samana Developers said in the announcement The first chapter of Samana was about proving that we could scale compete and establish ourselves among Dubai’s leading developers. Samana Collecta is about what comes next. We are taking what we have learned and applying it to the premium segment with a sharper focus on location design experience and the way people want to live.

Farooq added in the release that the contractual delivery commitment to buyers will be four years from the start of construction although the internal target is approximately 39 months. The company which has delivered 54 projects in Dubai and ranks among the emirate’s top 10 developers by volume will apply the brand’s focus on distinctive locations state-of-the-art design and international collaborations to this inaugural scheme. All core residential amenities and services are scheduled to become operational from the first unit handover according to the statement.

The World Islands archipelago originally master-planned by Nakheel more than two decades ago has attracted fresh developer interest in recent years as Dubai’s offshore luxury market expands. Samana Developers’ entry into the premium segment with this AED 4 billion scheme aligns with sustained demand for branded waterfront residences that combine privacy with comprehensive lifestyle infrastructure. The project’s emphasis on daily commuting options and full-service amenities distinguishes it from earlier concepts for the islands that centred primarily on holiday use.

Further pipeline developments under the COLLECTA brand are planned for additional sites in Dubai and overseas markets the press release stated. The announcement detailed that the island development will integrate privacy and waterfront access with the services expected of a primary residence including dedicated retail and support facilities. Residences will feature layouts optimised for water views through extended glazing and open planning.
