Al Masaood Automobiles detailed its record performance in a press release distributed via Zawya. The authorised Nissan distributor for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Al Dhafra Region reported that every assessed showroom and service centre secured recognition in the latest evaluation. This outcome reflects coordinated efforts across sales, service, parts and network teams to meet elevated international requirements.
Nissan’s Dealership Standards and Processes assessment independently reviews operations and customer experience against global criteria for management, facilities, training and processes, the company explained in the statement. Its overall score climbed from 89.8 percent in the 2023 review to 96.8 percent for fiscal 2025. The Khalidiya Showroom and Al Ain Service Centre each attained Diamond Certification with perfect 100 percent results, the release noted.
Bachir Gemayel, chief operating officer at Al Masaood Automobiles, said in the statement, “Our highest-ever NDSP score is the result of the hard work of our people and years of investment in our facilities to elevate the way we serve our customers.” He observed that the milestone embedded high standards into every business aspect and customer interaction. Gemayel characterised the achievement as a collective commitment to ongoing improvement.
Thierry Sabbagh, divisional vice president for Nissan in the Middle East, KSA, India and CIS, welcomed the results. “At Nissan, our global retail and aftersales standards are designed to ensure that every customer interaction reflects the innovation and quality of our brand,” Sabbagh said. “Al Masaood Automobiles’ exceptional performance in the FY25 NDSP evaluations demonstrates a deep strategic alignment with this vision.” He pointed to the two Diamond Certifications as evidence of world-class benchmarks that advance the automotive experience across Abu Dhabi and the wider region.
Sabbagh congratulated the leadership and frontline teams while reaffirming the manufacturer’s support for customer-centric initiatives. Harmeet Singh, aftersales director at Al Masaood Automobiles, said in the statement, “Achieving Diamond Certification in Service is the outcome of consistently adding value across every customer touchpoint.” Singh added that teams had focused intently on full compliance with global quality standards and customer care, viewing the recognition as both validation and motivation for higher targets.
The company has acted as authorised distributor for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in the designated areas for more than 38 years, according to the release, and maintains 10 new-car showrooms, three used-car outlets, five service centres and six parts locations. It previously secured the Global Nissan Aftersales Award for fiscal years 2020 and 2021, along with dealer awards in 2013 and 2019. Recent infrastructure moves include transforming the Abu Dhabi service centre into the world’s largest Nissan facility, rolling out NRC NEXT digital concepts and opening a next-generation parts distribution centre in Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi earlier this year.
