Object 1 announced in a press release that the award-winning real estate developer recorded sales to buyers from more than 60 nationalities during 2026. These deals were split almost evenly across four continents as the company progressed through its year of delivery with multiple project handovers. The firm attributed the global interest to its emphasis on accessible entry prices and customised payment plans designed for the needs of international buyers, many of whom are investing in Dubai for the first time.
Sales data from May 1 to August 3, 2026, published in the release, showed Indian nationals representing nearly 20 percent of all transactions, the largest share of any single nationality. Europe, Africa and the MENA region each contributed around one fifth of the sales volume. France, the United Kingdom, Germany and Spain generated the strongest European demand while Turkey placed in the overall top five buyer countries.
Steady interest also came from Syria, Jordan and Saudi Arabia, the company reported, with Emirati buyers adding to the total alongside the international cohort. Object 1 organised roadshows throughout Africa to engage prospective clients and refine its understanding of regional expectations. Purchasers from Zimbabwe, South Africa, Egypt, Mozambique and Morocco completed acquisitions following these events.
The developer has deliberately targeted an underserved portion of the market with well-located and thoughtfully designed apartments, according to the statement. Payment structures have been aligned with what buyers can realistically afford, supporting uptake among first-time investors in the emirate. This approach has sustained momentum even as the company prioritised on-time deliveries for its completed schemes.
Company figures from an earlier period showed sales value growing 220 percent and volume rising 140 percent in the first quarter of 2025 year-on-year. Ismail Gasanov, head of business development at Object 1, said in a previous announcement, “Based on the insights we gathered during our roadshows, we are now refining our international strategy for the year ahead.” The company, which forms part of the TSZ Group, has delivered 32 projects and maintains an active portfolio across key Dubai districts including Jumeirah Village Circle where it ranks among the top three developers.
Object 1 has expanded its presence to additional emirates while focusing on smart design and sustainable features that appeal to global purchasers. Its pipeline includes both residential and mixed-use developments tailored to current market trends. The firm’s integrated model covering development, construction and finance has enabled consistent execution across its growing number of sites.
